The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the 'Responsible Person' to have a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment for all types of properties they are in control of (excluding domestic). Where a business employs five or more persons, the significant findings of the fire risk assessment must be recorded.
